Position
Financial Planning, Strategic Procurement Lead

Essential Duties
・Perform a complete range of accounting tasks, from journal entries to monthly and yearly financial closings and report generation.
・Accurately enter journal entries into the QuickBooks (QB) accounting system.
・Supervise and instruct staff on expense reimbursement procedures.
・Manage and control accounts receivable and payable, including invoicing.
・Prepare monthly financial reports and ensure adherence to reporting schedules.
・Develop P/L (Profit & Loss) forecasts and collaborate with relevant departments for accurate projections.
・(Preferred) Enter data into Sales and Order management systems, demonstrating an ability to handle tasks beyond core accounting, including sales and purchase management.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​・Proven Accounting Manager-level skills with a comprehensive understanding of accounting principles and practices.
・Experience using QuickBooks software 
・A strong preference for candidates who can effectively manage not only accounting functions but also sales and purchase management tasks.
​​​​​​​・Fluency in English and Japanese
