Sales Representative / Warehouse Keeper

Summary
This role involves both sales and warehouse management, focusing on electronic components. The ideal candidate will actively engage with U.S.-based customers to drive sales while ensuring efficient warehouse operations. Fluency in English is required, while experience in the electronic components industry or proficiency in Japanese will be considered a strong advantage.

Essential Duties

Sales Responsibilities:

• Develop a thorough understanding of the company’s electronic component products and services.
• Identify potential customers through leads, trade shows, and referrals (no cold calling).
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct tailored product presentations and demonstrations for customers.
• Negotiate pricing and terms, and finalize sales agreements.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide solutions to their technical or product-related challenges.
• Stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities.
• Generate and share sales reports with management.
• Attend trade shows to establish connections and expand the customer base.
• Collaborate across departments to deliver exceptional customer service.

Warehouse Duties:

• Accurately manage inventory and maintain an organized warehouse.
• Learn product codes and technical specifications to streamline warehouse processes.
• Adhere to warehouse policies and operational standards.
• Use analytical skills to make sound inventory-related decisions.

Working Hours, Working Style
Full-time position, requiring occasional domestic and international travel for trade shows or client visits.

Salary/Benefit

• Annual salary: $50,000–$65,000 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience, preferably in the electronic components or related industry.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term relationships.
• Physical ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally.
• Technical or engineering knowledge is advantageous but not mandatory.
