Accounting Manager

Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Accounting Manager to oversee our company’s day-to-day accounting operations. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with accounts receivable, bookkeeping, reconciliations, and financial reporting. This position will also play a key role in supporting the sales and warehouse teams with accurate financial tracking and reporting. The Accounting Manager will ensure timely and accurate processing of financial data, maintain compliance with accounting standards, and contribute to continuous improvement of accounting processes.

Essential Duties

• Manage accounts receivable
• Post deposit in accounting software daily
• Bookkeeping and bank account reconciliation
• Reconlie credit card statement (If merchant/Elavon process)
• Invoice credit, apply cash, help with sales team
• Follow-up collection of past due balance after sales team needs help
• Record and tack deposit for Advance payment
• Research and resolve customer A/R issues
• Customer audit preparing statement
• Data Entry, Verify records and transactions
• Sales Tax, Exemption review
• Contacting Bank, CPA if you need
• Contact warehouse if some issue
• Review Bill enter for Rep commission, 1099 reports
• Support A/P as needed
• Purchase Order to HQ
• Received PO in software, Bill Enter
• Inventory Report update after warehouse received

• 5+ Years experience in accounting
