Real Estate Sales Associate (Salesperson) / Real Estate Sales Candidate 

Summary

We are seeking a motivated Sales Associate. This role involves end-to-end real estate brokerage services, focusing on rental properties. You will manage the entire client journey from initial inquiry to contract signing, while maintaining strong relationships with property owners and conducting market research to provide top-tier service.

Essential Duties

• Sales & Consulting: Handle inquiries, introduce rental properties, and provide tailored proposals to clients.
• Client Relationship Management: Conduct needs assessments (hearings) and maintain consistent follow-up.
• Negotiations: Coordinate and negotiate terms with property owners and management companies.
• Contract Management: Explain lease terms, arrange signatures, and coordinate move-in schedules.
• Market Analysis: Monitor rental market trends and vacancy statuses.
• Administration: Handle data entry, system updates, and report generation related to sales activities.

Working Hours, Working style

• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (1-hour break).
  • Note: Start/end times may be adjusted based on business needs.
• Working Style: Hybrid model with 3 days in-office per week (specific days negotiable).

Salary/Benefit

• Standard Monthly Salary: $3,200 – $3,500 (based on experience) + Commissions & Bonuses.
• Probationary Monthly Salary: $3,000 + Commissions & Bonuses.
• Commuter Benefits: $155 /month.

Holidays

• Schedule: 2 days off per week (based on branch rotation).
• Public Holidays: U.S. Federal Holidays and designated branch holidays.
• Paid Time Off (PTO): 10 days per year (5 days granted in the first year).
• Note: Holidays may be substituted/transferred based on business needs, typically within a one-month period.

Qualifications

• Licensing: NYS Real Estate License holder or a strong desire to obtain one.Note: A valid NYS Real Estate License is required to perform the duties of a Sales Associate. Unlicensed candidates must obtain their license upon hire (with company support).
• Legal Status: Must have valid U.S. work authorization/visa.
• Experience: Previous experience in real estate sales, rental brokerage, or customer-facing sales roles.
• Languages: Business-level proficiency (Reading/Writing/Speaking) in English and Japanese.
• Technical Skills: Basic PC skills (Email, Excel, Word, and general system entry).
