Account Executive ( Outside Sales )

Summary
A Japanese food trading company is recruiting for an Account Executive.

Essential Duties
・Outside sales
・Maintain and establish customer and vendor relations
・Input orders for customers
・Monitor inventory for customers and branches
・Analyze sales and marketing data for increasing sales and GP
・Process purchase orders and inventory transfers
・Presentations to customers (New Items, Sales Performance Reviews, etc)
・Prepare sales reports, keep sales records and file expense reports
・Constant research and update of information regarding trends, products, competitors
・Travel for business events (weekends included)
・Monitors customer invoices and credits
・Communicates daily with Branches, Brokers, and Head Office
・Other related duties as needed

Qualifications
・Minimum of 4 years of equivalent work experience
・Database management skills and experience
・Excellent Microsoft Office skills required (Excel, Word, Powerpoint)
・Excellent English language and communication skills
・Strong presentation skills
・Familiar with Japanese food culture, preferred
