Production Liaison/Admin

Summary
A Japanese food manufacturing company in Irvine is seeking a bilingual Production Liaison / Administrative Coordinator to support smart factory initiatives at our Plant in Irvie, CA.

This role serves as a key communication bridge between Japanese and U.S. equipment manufacturers. While no specialized technical background is required, training will be provided. Candidates with related experience or a strong interest in manufacturing operations, automation, or cross-border coordination are encouraged to apply.

Essential Duties
・Serve as a liaison between Japanese and U.S. equipment manufacturers.
・Facilitate clear communication regarding production equipment, installation, and operational processes.
・Provide administrative and coordination support for smart factory initiatives.
・Assist with documentation, reporting, and scheduling related to manufacturing projects.
・Support plant operations during implementation phases.
・Adapt to evolving project needs in a manufacturing environment.

6AM to 6:00PM 

Working Location

Qualifications
・Fluent in Japanese and English (spoken and written).
・Strong communication and coordination skills.
