Administrative Assistant Manager

Summary
A Japanese electronic device maker is currently hiring a Japanese bilingual Administrative Assistant Manager. This role entails assisting in the development, performance and maintenance of the administration team providing general office and administration support to the organisation.

Essential Duties (not official)

• Manages office operations alongside the operations manager.
• Developes, reviews, and improves administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
• Schedules and oversees cleaners, janitors, and security personnel.
• Orders office supplies and equipment.
• Receives, sorts, and distributes incoming mail.
• Plans office events, including town halls and team bonding activities.
• Other duties as assigned

Working Hours
Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Torrance, CA 90505

Salary, Benefit
$50~70K

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Japanese and English.
• An associate or bachelor’s degree.
• 5+ years of experience in administrative roles.
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to plan for and keep track of multiple projects and deadlines.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills.
• Understanding of Japanese corporate cultures.
