HR Manager

Summary
A leading Japanese travel and hospitality company is seeking an HR Manager. You will be responsible for overseeing HR-related matters across various sectors, including travel, dining, hotels, and other business operations. Fluency in both English and Japanese is required.

Essential Duties (Unofficial)

• Oversee HR-related matters across various sectors, including travel, dining, hotels, and other business operations business operations
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
• Coordinate training and development programs
• Handle performance management and employee evaluations
• Address and resolve employee grievances
   

Working Hours, Working style
Monday - Friday; 9:00 - 18:00 
Flexible work hours might be applicable

Woking Location
Los Angeles, CA
2 days in the office, 3 days WFM (Subject to change)

Salary/Benefit
$75K - 80K DOE

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
• Minimum of 3 years of HR management experience in the United States
• Fluency in both English and Japanese
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
