Transaction Coordinator

Summary
Our client is the U.S. subsidiary of a major real estate and construction group headquartered in Japan. The U.S. company focuses on acquisition, renovation, and management of rental residential properties in the North American market. Leveraging the integrated property-management expertise developed in Japan, the company is committed to creating long-term asset value.

Essential Duties
・Coordinate and liaise with escrow companies, including submission of documents, progress tracking, and closing support. 
・Communicate and coordinate with Japanese investor clients—via email, phone, and meetings—to provide status updates and manage expectations.
・ Prepare, manage, and file real-estate transaction contracts and related documentation. 
・Manage transaction schedules and coordinate among internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows. ・Perform general administrative tasks to support the department’s efficient operation.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​

• Practical experience working in the California real estate industry (brokerage or sales) is required. 

• Holding a California Real Estate Salesperson License is preferred. 

• Business‐level proficiency in BOTH English and Japanese is essential.

• Prior administrative experience within the real estate industry is also welcomed. 

• A team-oriented mindset and ability to respond flexibly in a dynamic environment.
