Technical Recruiter

Responsibilities: Partner with sales team to learn about the client base serviced. Identify key talent for contract, contract to hire & direct hire positions with our clients, utilizing all possible tools & avenues to ensure complete coverage on key jobs. Ensuring high closing ratios by high attention to detail, thorough candidate screening, and constant communication with candidates, internal sales teams, and hiring teams throughout the recruitment process Coordinate virtual and in person interviews with the customer hiring team, our hiring team, and candidates through Microsoft O365 and Microsoft Teams and ensuring availability from all levels. Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ skill set. Ability to create summary document of shortlisted profiles and provide recommendation of profiles to Hiring Manager. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions). Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques like social media recruiting and external job boards, but also on niche platforms in Security, Telematics and IT domain.
