Sales Assistant (Bilingual Japanese-English)

Summary
A company providing comprehensive support services for maritime shipping, including vessel inspection, maintenance, and specialized supply coordination across the U.S., Central America, and the Caribbean is seeking a Japanese bilingual sales assistant. 

Essential Duties

• Support sales activities with order processing and customer communication in both Japanese and English

• Assist coordination related to maritime inspection, maintenance, and supply services

• Participate in business trips for events within and outside the state as well as international travel (e.g., Japan, Singapore, Greece)

• Manage client communications and quotations requiring bilingual capabilities

• Provide specialized support for Greek-related clients, leveraging Greek language skills when applicable
