Position Summary
Seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Accounting Specialist to handle AP, AR, and monthly closing independently. The candidate must be comfortable working with confidential information and experienced in using Sage accounting software, with the potential to transition to QuickBooks in the future. This role requires fluent Japanese (spoken and written) and basic English.

Essential Duties

• Manage all aspects of Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Perform monthly financial closings independently
• Ensure compliance with company policies when handling confidential information
• Utilize Sage accounting software (and QuickBooks after transition, if applicable)

Working Hours and Style

• Flexible working arrangements available:
  • 3 days a week, 8 hours per day or 5 days a week, 4 hours

• Base salary: $40,000–$50,000 annually
