Job Description

＊Essential Functions:
- Attend requisite internal meetings
- Attend requisite external (customer, vendor) meetings
- Report daily, weekly, monthly and in a timely manner projects and operations to supervisor
- Collaborate with team, and others
- In order to accomplish assigned tasks, improve skill and performance
- Visiting the customer site by your own car accordingly

＊Maintenance work:
For the system issue/problem which KDDIA shall manage, the following action shall be taken according to the SLA;
- Pay attention to the customer inquiries and/or system alarm
- Respond to customer inquiries via e-mail/phone and solving their issues/problems
- Collaborate with the vendor for solving the system issue/problem if needed
- Manage the inquiry/issue/problem from the beginning to the end and close the case

＊System Design work:
For the system integration project, the following task shall be performed and completed;
- Create design document based on the requirement definition
- Hear a system requirement from the customer for any cloud solutions
- Get quotes from a vender and propose Microsoft Cloud products such as Azure AD, O365, M365 Etc.
- Perform Azure cloud Migration from On-Premises servers or AWS
- Asist Sales for license and pricing about wide variety systems
- Deploy vNet, Azure VPN, Virtual Machines, Azure Backup
- Maintain and troubleshoot Azure environment
- Maintain and troubleshoot Azure deployments of Microsoft servers
- Design and implement business security for Azure cloud native development
- Design and deploy redundant and robust cloud system

＊Deployment work:
For the system integration project, the following task shall be performed and completed;
- Perform the configuration/setup work according to the kitting procedure and record the configuration/setup work log
- Implement, setup and test at customer site
- Docs.) Work log/evidence, Physical Diagram, Test Result sheet/User Manual etc.

Requirements

- Work experience as Microsoft Windows Server Administrator
- At least 5 years of Virtualization related work experience
- At least 3 years of working in Azure Cloud
- Knowledge of AWS is a plus
- On-Premises server experience is a plus
- Communication skills, including but not limited to those required for customers, vendors/carriers and company staff
- Traveling to the customer offices/Sites
- Ability to speak/read/write English
- Documentation Skills
- Valid US Driver’s license
