Job Description

Alliance Management Specialist (“AMS”) provides leadership in the company’s production outsourcing projects to partner companies from the initial evaluation (including feasibility study, financial modeling, and structuring) through deal execution (including negotiation, documentation and due diligence) under the supervision of senior management. AMS also monitors and is responsible for post-execution activities for appropriate project management, including tracking operational KPIs and financial reporting.

Additionally, AMS is expected to support Sr General Manager of GSCM in the daily business, including coordination with the group company and special projects for the group operation.

Requirements

- 5 years of relevant experience (Experience at an investment bank, FAS, a consulting firm, and an automotive company is a plus)
- Skillful at navigating cultural differences and diverse working and communication styles
- Business-level language skills in English, Spanish, and Japanese
