Maintenance・Develop, implement, and manage best practice Maintenance systems and policies for facility and production that ensure reliable operation and protect the environment.・Working with a Maintenance Technician, plan and lead corrective and preventive maintenance. Manage contractors.・Collect, analyze and report maintenance and cost data, using analytics. Propose ways to reduce maintenance issues in production meetings. Develop strategic plans and a roadmap to reduce reactive maintenance. Measure the progress.・Maintains compliance with the latest OSHA/TOSHA/EPA and other federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.・Develop, coordinate and deploy safety and maintenance training for all levels of the organization, including first aid and fire safety. Measure the effectiveness.・Collect and analyze associates’ feedback and complaints and respond with countermeasures.・Lead the dept’s continuous improvement activities by using management techniques, technologies, and tools.・Lead and support the team by providing coaching and guidance. Manage the direct reports’ performance, workplace well-being, and career development. Develop succession planning.・Create, revise, and manage work instructions, SOPs, records, and forms. Manage the knowledge in the dept.・Performs other duties as assigned and required.

・A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.・Experience in managing as a head of Safety department in manufacturing is a must.・Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying strategies and delivering targeted results.・Experience in Safety in bearing or similar industry highly preferred.・Knowledge of OSHA/TOSHA/EPA and other relevant legal/regulatory requirements and industry best practices.・Demonstrated initiative and experience in continuously improving systems for efficiency and effectiveness.・Experience in successfully managing a team.・Knowledge and ability to use MaintainX software (preferred).
