Position
Human Resources Representative

Summary
This position is responsible for administration of the Human Resources Department within the company. The
duties include, maintaining human resource related records, ensuring the policies and regulations are being
followed, and administration/coordination of human resource related programs

Essential Duties
• Responsible to maintain and update employee personnel records.
• Reviews and verifies payroll hours on time cards
• Administers new hire and termination packets for all employees.
• Facilitates new employee orientation.
• Responsible for managing employee attendance records, including PTO accruals and requests.
• Prepares and updates employee performance evaluations.
• Maintains employee warnings, performance coaching/counseling forms.
• Assists with employee complaints
• Ensures Company’s safety compliances with all states’ regulations and OSHA requirements.
• Files and mails out the documentations of the legal activities that relate to Human Resources
• Coordinates enrollment/termination of employees to 401(k) program for Company
•  Coordinates Company’s healthcare benefits including enrollments for new employees, corresponding
with insurance company and coordinating with insurance broker.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​• College degree preferred, but not required.
• Computer Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 
• Minimum of three to five years related Human Resources experience
and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
