Job Description

Position
Consultant (Part time)

Summary
The ideal candidate will be well organized and comfortable dealing with QuickBooks Online, Payroll software, and other administrative software. This individual will be responsible for bookkeeping, HR and other administrative matters at our clients' sites.

Responsibilities
Tracking expenses, sale taxes process
Bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
Transfer data from POS and Payroll system to QuickBooks
Ensure timely processing of payroll
Basic HR functions
Other administrative matters including paperwork and communication on governmental comp;iance

Working Location
Dallas, TX

This position will be working at their clients' offices/ stores or at home office 2-4 days a week.

Working Hour
flexible depending on the clients' needs (ex. 10:00am-4:00pm on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday)

Salary
$20-32/hr. (negotiable depending on candidates' experiences and skills)

Qualification
Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
3+ years of experience in related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and QuickBooks Online
Strong organizational and logical thinking
English/Japanese bilingual is a plus

HR or corporate management experiences will be a plus.

CPA license will be a big plus
