Job Description

?Plan and develop pre cook food items ?Research vendors and collects prices, specifications. ?Research potential transportation options to delivery the products in froze, fresh etc ?Cost analyze the products and improve th efficiency ?Provides administrative and clerical support to the department. ?Types reports, purchase orders, memoranda, and other documents. ?Monitor stock levels and identify purchasing needs ?Update internal databases with order details (dates, vendors, quantities, discounts) ?Conduct market research to identify pricing trends ?Evaluate offers from vendors and negotiate better prices ?Prepare cost analysis
