HR? Partners with the leadership team to understand and execute the organizations human resource and talent strategy particularly as it relates to current and future talent needs, recruiting, retention, and succession planning.? Provides support and guidance to management and other staff when complex, specialized, and sensitive questions and issues arise; administer and execute routine tasks in delicate circumstances such as providing reasonable accommodations, investigating allegations of wrongdoing, and terminations.? Manages the talent acquisition process, which may include recruitment, interviewing, and hiring of qualified job applicants, particularly for managerial, exempt, and professional roles; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.? Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits; researches and proposes competitive base and benefit programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent.? Oversees employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.? Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; reviews policies and practices to maintain compliance.? Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.? Administers payroll, benefit, and visa application. IT? Manage all admin accounts, including but not limited to, emails, domains, hosting, cloud back-up service, etc.? Provide assistance with technical issues.? Create email, cloud, and shared folder accounts and complete server set up for new employees.? Manage company website and update as need.Safety? Manage and coordinate safety handbook purchase.? Maintain all training records.? Collaborate with designated safety agent with safety training and other safety needs. Other? Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience and Skills? Must have proven work experience with HR operation.? Familiar with labor laws such as ERISA, ADA, EEOC, FLSA, etc.? 2+ years of experience with payroll and benefit administration.? Utilizes strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain professional, trusting relationships with executives and employees.? Ability to effectively take initiative, multi-task competing priorities, and remain focused/organized in a fast-paced environment with limited supervision.? Ability to design, plan and implement new programs and improve operation processes.? Ability to make independent judgment, establish trust and maintain confidentiality while understanding when to escalate matters appropriately.? Ability to determine and utilize appropriate methods of dealing with human behavior in a variety of business circumstances.?
