Event & Activity representative
Summary
The Planning Assistant is responsible for overseeing overall operations of multiple stores. The Planning Assistant is responsible for directing store and company planning management, effectively executing directives from executive management and if required all employee functions in accordance with the policies and practices of the company. Responsibilities include the development and implantation of regional strategies for meeting goals in the areas of revenue generation and customer satisfaction. We will visit stores if necessary.
The Planning Department consists of three separate departments as follows: Bowling/Party, Food & Beverage, XXXXXX.
Essential Duties
Essential Duties:
• Develop effective action plans and strategies based on the corporate directed goals.
• Work together with Operation team to ensure Events and Activities Planning tasks are being communicated properly.
• Ensure that all required reports are submitted accurately in timely manner.
• Promptly notify the proper department of any customer/employee related injuries as needed.
• Pick-up emergency calls from stores.
• Be in charge or participate in multiple important cross departmental (Such as HQ) projects and assignments that will be tasked by Planning team.
• Regularly review product quality and research new vendors.
• Communicate with vendors and negotiate as needed.
• Provide support to local support team members on projects and manage their HQ inventory.
• Provide support to all Planning Departments on additional projects.
• Process Payment Requests for Planning Departments as needed.
• Data creation and data aggregation as needed.
• Conduct and support other projects (Planning).
(Party/Bowling/Billiards/Karaoke/Darts/Ping Pong/Food & Beverage/Alcohol/XXXX)
• Multiple Business trips (typically 3-4 days).​​​​​​​
Working Hours, Working style

Hybrid 
 ​​​​​3 office days a week Mon-Wed, Thurs-Fri remote .

Qualifications
​​​​​​​ Knowledge, Skill and Experience
• Required to oversee multiple stores and frequently travel; be able to effectively time manage to maximize output.
• Will have to make decisions that affect the company. Developing the ability to make critical and prompt decisions are crucial.
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• Previous demonstrable experience in a similar role.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to gain, demonstrate, and coach operation knowledge/skill.
• Ability to plans, set plans/goals, effectively manage.
• Basic computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
• If necessary, you must interpret and explain English and Japanese.
Work Environment:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee regularly works in an office setting. The noise level is moderate. Local traveling by car is required. Frequent travelling to and from multiple stores may be required.
