Routine Tasks: ・Supervises day-to-day FOH operation (eventually BOH as well), table visit, handles complaints. ・Cash handling, generates and makes sales reports. ・Makes FOH shift schedule. ・Hosts all FOH related meetings. ・Makes daily, monthly, and annual budget. ・Analyzes numbers such as sales, covers, parties, profits, costs, and sales by categories. ・controls the stock by placing an adequate amount of orders. Non-Routine Tasks ・Conducts hiring interview. ・Provides training for new recruits. ・Reviews, updates, and standardizes manuals. ・Makes action plans of promoting.
Must have English and Japanese fluently and be able to write in plain English. Excellent oral communication ability is required. Minimum 3 years work experience for full operation restaurant environment. Frequently lifts or carries up to 25 lbs. PC operational skills for MS Office. Demonstrates good organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and positive interpersonal skills, as well as attention to detail. May have extended work hours required from time to time, as business dictates, including weekends and holidays. Ability to work smoothly with management and staff members.
