* Manage inventory to direct availability and allocation of finished products * Maintain the Inventory management sheet by monitoring the production schedule and shipping schedule. * Arrange to transfer products to third-party warehouses by reviewing inventory levels and order forecast. * Receive Purchase Order (PO) and coordinate shipments to meet customer requirements. * Track shipments, issue Invoices to customers and report daily sales. * Assess and resolve issues relating to shipments, customer problems and logistics systems. * Arrange import and export including preparing documentation by communicating with shipper/consignee, forwarder and warehouse. * Perform month end procedures for warehouse inventory reconciliation. * Collaborate with other departments as necessary to meet customer requirements. * Use accounting software and system to generate and record logistics-related data. * Maintain and develop positive business relationship with customer’s key personnel involved directly and/or relevant to distribution and delivery. * Work to improve the logistics process increasing efficiency, reducing unnecessary steps, and creating innovative solutions for logistical issues.* Perform other duties as assigned.
* English language (Business level or higher) * Japanese language (Advanced level)* Basic logistics experiences or knowledge* Exceptional interpersonal communication skills* Comfortable handling confidential information.* Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
