* Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.* Prepares annual budget and quarterly and monthly sales review. Provides prices quotes, proposals, and credit terms to current and prospective customers.* Oversees, directs and supervises field sales reps’ activities; reviews and evaluates work and performances of the field service reps’ activities.* Reviews and maintains timecard for subordinate non-exempt employees.* Follows up on all customer calls, visits, and inquiries.* Researches and identifies potential customers.* Contacts retailers via telephone, e-mail, letters, and in person regularly and follows up.* Develops and maintains relationships with retailers.* Sends samples and follows up customers.* Is responsible for responding client’s phone calls, questions, and requests.* Works with brokers and distributes in an effort to sell company products in the U.S. markets.* Attends and exhibits at trade and consumer shows.* Plans and implements customized sales promotions on a national and/or regional level and for specific retail chains as required.* Responsible for coordinating sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.* Develops and implements strategic sales plans to accommodate corporate goals.* Prepares and provides presentations for brokers, distributors, and retailers.* Be aware of the internal staff process and arrange for the proper delivery of the order.* Is responsible for receiving and confirming orders.* Enters sales and profit data per customer/ product.* Analyzes sales trends and operating efficiency, product presentations, and best practices in order to maximize profit.* Identifies and handles retailer needs or problems in a timely manner.* Is responsible for regularly tracking sales leads and sales volumes for business.and more
