Job Description

Job Title:
Export & Warehouse Operations Staff (International Logistics)

Responsibilities:

• Handling air export procedures and customer service
• Unloading and inspecting incoming shipments (approx. 20kg, twice a week)
• Transporting goods into refrigerated storage
• Operating forklifts for pallet unloading (training provided; valid driver's license required)
• Issuing and requesting shipping documents (PT) via warehouse management system (WMS)

Working Location:  Grapevine, TX

Working Hour:
9:00 – 17:00 (Lunch for 30min.)
Closed on Sat., Sun. and Holidays

Salary:
50K-58K

Requirements:
・Experience in international logistics or freight forwarding
・Ability to use PC and email for daily operations
・Physically fit and capable of handling manual work 
・Excellent customer service skills
・Attention to details (every email), and need to respond promptly.
・Excellent organizational & communication skills.
・Familiar with all Export regulations.
・Knowledge of basic computer skills.
