Job Description

Japanese government-related organization is seeking Japanese-English bilingual 
Administrative & Research Assistant.

 
Work Schedules:
- 5 days per week (Monday- Friday)
 
Basic Working Hours per day:
9:00~17:00 (Lunch hours @12:00~13:00): 7 hours
 
Work Style: Hybrid
Three Days per week: In-Office
**For the weeks with holidays, come to office two days per week.
 
Job Description
- Research, summarize, translate for this organization (English and Japanese)
- Coordinate for their events (in May)
- All preparation for the event
- Set the event, invite companies, marketing
- Coordinate for the guests' transportation at the event
- Documentation for the contracts
- Administrative Assist for the contracts, all official documents
- Assist to make reports to Japan
- Assist to their questionnaires to Japanese corporations
- Research all Japanese businesses in the US (TEXAS)
- Collect the data of business/ make reports from the data/ Data management
 
Qualification:
- Proper Japanese writer, reader
- Translate skills: Technical English products descriptions to proper Japanese description
- Summarize with Japanese from their conferences usually held by English
- Correct English grammars
- Write English with right grammars
- Read some tech magazines with English, summarize to Japanese/ English
- Has an abilities: research US regulations/ economies with English/ Japanese
- Skills for Word, Excel, Power Point
