Japanese Bilingual HR Coordinator
We are seeking a Bilingual Japanese HR Coordinator to support our Human Resources team. This role primarily focuses on assisting Japanese expatriates with their transition and integration into the company and local community. Responsibilities include daily life support (30%–50%), employee retention initiatives, and facilitating communication between expatriates and local employees.
While visa processing is handled by Japan, this position requires direct engagement with expatriates to support their adaptation and ensure a positive work environment. Fluency in Japanese is required, but native-level proficiency is not necessary.
