Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform initial analysis and triage of defects, identifying and separating environmental setup issues and IVI/server-side issues to assign defects to the appropriate queue.
• Track and resolve defects, working closely with development teams to ensure timely closure.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track defect status and provide updates to management and stakeholders.
• Conduct code-level analysis and problem-solving to identify root causes of defects.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to resolve ambiguities and drive issues to resolution.

Qualifications:

• Required:

  • Proven experience in the automotive infotainment domain, including embedded software development in C/C++/Linux.
  • Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, and log analysis tools.
  • Strong understanding of system architecture, including SW design, sequence diagrams, APIs, and HTTP error codes.
  • Familiarity with Linux commands, utilities, and basic Python scripting.
  • Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to make quick, informed decisions and a willingness to learn.
  • Strong teamwork and ability to perform under pressure.
  • Excellent requirement analysis and understanding.

• Preferred:

  • Experience designing, developing, and debugging software in a real-time embedded environment.
  • Knowledge of DLT logs, DLT Viewer, and applying filters in DLT logs.
