Japanese-English Bilingual Sales Representative (Entry-Level)

Summary

Prior sales experience is not required, but candidates must possess strong communication skills and a willingness to learn. Essential Duties

Core Sales Activities

• Support sales growth by assisting with customer interactions, from initial inquiries to payment collection.
• Develop client relationship management skills and foster long-term partnerships.
• Work closely with internal teams to achieve sales goals and maintain seamless operations.
• Promote trust and uphold company values through proactive engagement in sales activities.

Internal Operations

• Provide regular reports on daily activities and flag potential issues to supervisors.
• Collaborate with the Customer Service team to manage inventory and customer-related tasks.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to enhance market knowledge and support promotional efforts.

Customer-Facing Responsibilities

• Assist in processing purchase orders and coordinate deliveries to ensure timely fulfillment.
• Support customers with payment processing and liaise with other departments to facilitate smooth transactions.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries professionally and efficiently.
• Participate in witness tests and relay customer feedback to enhance product quality and satisfaction.
• Attend sales meetings and contribute to business expansion efforts through material preparation and strategy discussions.

Working Hours & Style

• Full-time, on-site position with standard working hours.
• Flexibility required for customer support and company events.

Location

• Alpharetta, GA (occasional travel to client sites as needed).
