Position
OEM Coordinator
Summary
The OEM Coordinator is responsible for providing full administrative and sales support to the OEM Department and external OEM customers. ​​​​​​​
Essential Duties
​​​​​​​•    Order Processing for all OEM accounts, domestic and international.
•    Maintain necessary EDI records for customers.
•    Prepare quotations for customer inquiries.
•    Engages in receiving and shipping freight practices, documentation, way billing, assessing charges and processing fees for shipments.
•    Examines invoices and shipping manifests for conformity to tariff and customs regulations.
•    Create and process purchase orders for OEM accounts.
•    Update and maintain EDI required information in E1.
•    Maintain communication with outside/inside sales representatives and suppliers.
•    Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
​​​​​​​•    A Bachelor's degree in Business or Supply Chain is preferred, or equal amount of education and experience.  
•    Minimum of 1-3 years related experience in OEM department or business.
•    Ability to coordinate and manage multiple priorities and responsibilities.
•    Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with high level of accuracy in communication. 
•    Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with suppliers, sales, field partners and other business contacts via telephone, email, and video conferencing.
