Japanese Bilingual Production Manager

Summary
An automotive parts manufactuer is seeking for a Japanese bilingual Production Manager. This role involves creating monthly production plans, managing various Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the company, and compiling reports using Excel. The ideal candidate should have a strong affinity for numbers and attention to detail. While fresh graduates are welcome, some work experience is preferred. This company is particularly interested in candidates who can effectively communicate and manage data.

Essential Duties

• Develop and maintain monthly production plans using Excel.
• Manage and oversee company KPIs, collecting and analyzing data from various internal sources.
• Compile and present data reports using Excel, requiring a solid understanding of linking data and creating comprehensive reports.
• Serve as a liaison with clients, representing the company in interactions.
