Position
Production Manager

Summary
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Production Supervisor responsible for ensuring efficient, safe, and cost-effective manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will oversee daily production activities, focusing on continuous monitoring and documentation of 4M conditions to meet SEQCD targets. They will ensure compliance with OSHA, ISO, and company policies, maintain accurate production reports, and generate safety, productivity, and quality improvement plans.

Essential Duties

Key responsibilities include resolving HR, EHS, and product quality issues through root cause analysis and corrective action, enforcing SOP adherence, and ensuring operators are properly trained. The Production Supervisor will set production goals, manage 5S and preventive maintenance activities, and lead continuous improvement efforts through SDCA/PDCA cycles.

Additional duties involve coordinating the testing and implementation of new products and processes, driving Kaizen initiatives, and guiding the team in the application of corporate systems and programs such as QMS, EMS, and SOX. The role requires strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills to foster an environment of continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Experience in implementing lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement processes is highly desirable.

• Technical Skills
  - Proficiency in production management, including setting and achieving SEQCD (Safety, Environment, Quality, Cost, Delivery) targets.
  Strong understanding of 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and its application in manufacturing processes.
  - Experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, and problem-solving methodologies.
  - Knowledge of OSHA, ISO, QMS, EMS, and SOX regulations and standards.
  - Familiarity with Kaizen, SDCA/PDCA cycles, and autonomous preventive maintenance practices.
