Sales Representative (Influencer Marketing)

Summary
A Japanese entertainment company is actively seeking a Sales Representative for their Los Angeles, CA subsidiary. As their tie-in sales representative, you will be responsible for expanding the potential of their production from Japan to the world. You will have many opportunities to create and present your project presentations to clients, allowing you to utilize both your creativity and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Planning and sales of tie-in promotions and new business partners and development of new business partners.
• Management and negotiation of tie-in/cross promotions.
• Inbound corporate negotiations, proposals, and project acquisition based on business inquiries.
• Management, reporting, and inspection of projects.

Monday - Friday; 9:00 - 18:00

Qualifications

• 5+ years of e​​​​xperience in project planning and sales is required, specifically entertainment/gaming industry.
• Must be able to speak English on a business level.
• Experience working in digital content companies is required.
• Sales experience in tie-in promotions and influencer marketing is required.
• Active attitude to expand knowledge of entertainment content and make the most out of it.
• Experiences in using PowerPoint and Excel in business opportunities is required.
• Proficiency in Japanese is a plus.
• Experience in licensing is a huge plus.
• Experience working in startup companies or in new business development is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as required.
