 【Position】
Office Clerk

【Essential Duties】
Perform wide-range of general administrative duties to support on-going operational needs. 

Tasks:
・Compute, record data and other information.
・Input orders for customers.
・Maintain positive customer relations.
・Assist sales representatives as needed.
・Support on-going sales activities as appropriate.
・Purchasing and inventory control
・Prepare credit memos as appropriate.
・Obtain and updates customer’s application document such as sales and use tax.
・Communicate with customers, employees, and other individuals to answer questions, disseminate or explain information as appropriate.
・Answer telephones, door, and direct calls and take messages.
・Compile, copy, sort, and file records of office activities, business transactions, and other activities.
・Operate office machines, such as photocopiers and scanners, facsimile machines, voice mail systems and personal computers.
・Maintain and update filing, mailing, and database systems.
・Open, sort and route incoming mail, answer routine correspondence, and prepare outgoing mail.
・Review files, records, and other documents to obtain information to respond to requests.
・Light maintenance duties.
・Provide back up support for other administrative functions (cross-training).

【Working Hours, Working style】
8:30am-5:00pm with 30 minutes meal break.
Basically 100% at office
