【Position】
Restaurant Manager

【Summary】
We are seeking a Restaurant Manager for a Japanese ramen restaurant. Currently, we operate two locations in New York and dozens of locations worldwide, with plans for further expansion.

【Essential Duties】

• Oversee daily restaurant operations (managing one location)

• Perform server and kitchen duties, assisting on-site as needed

• Manage shift schedules, recruitment activities, and training for new employees

• Ensure compliance with hygiene, food safety, and inventory management standards

• Collaborate with the Japan headquarters and area managers to execute business operations

• Handle marketing, sales management, and performance analysis

【Working Hours & Style】
40–50 hours/week
