Position
Real Estate Representative
Summary
This position will require working in a fast-paced environment that touches upon multiple disciplines of business development. The associate will be coordinating with their manager to filter the information that is provided by our real estate partners and brokers. They will also be required to prepare reports, schedule meetings, plan business trips, communicate and negotiate with related jurisdictions and vendors to conduct all necessary duties and tasks associated with developing and constructing new stores.
Essential Duties
Essential Duties:
• Prepare documents and research for internal presentation for future locations
• Schedules meetings, appointments, business trips
• Work cross functionally with inter-departments (Construction, Compliance, Mechanics, Accounting,
etc.) during the store development process
• Acts as liaison between vendors, executive management and other managing partners to facilitate
information flow and drive increased efficiencies
• Assist in all activities related to real estate/development, change orders, procurement, project updates, and scheduling
• Takes notes, creates minutes.

• Opens and distributes corporate mail

• Do Mailings
• Transmit Faxes
• Do Filing
• Arrange accommodations and logistics for visitors
Working Hours, Working style
9:00~18:00
Hybrid 
 ​​​​​​​3 office days a week Mon-Wed, Thurs-Fri remote .

Qualifications
​​​​​​​Education and/or Experience
4-year college degree preferred but not required. Store development or general construction management experience will be a big plus. Working in a general construction or store development environment desired, preferably in the retail or hospitality industries. Excellent organizational skills. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, professional demeanor, good telephone etiquette, discretion and excellent customer relations skills.

Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, as well as company guidelines and procedures. Ability to effectively prepare and communicate routine documents and action plans to Executives.
Being able to read architectural plans a big plus.

Practical Skills
Ability to understand figures and numbers such as they apply to spreadsheets and/or budgets. Possess, knowledge with general construction and permits in regards to building and opening a new store.

Computer Skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Reasoning Ability
Ability to interpret and present a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
Ability to handle difficult situations with tact and discretion.
