 Must be able to provide Balance Sheet/PL to management.
 Answering Phones, occasionally taking orders and messages, scheduling appointments or
coordinate for contractors for any repairs and making arrangement for visitors from
overseas as needed.
 Check and Assess Agency workers time sheet and communicate with Agencies.
 Track Employees sick time leave and vacation days and provide update document to each
employee.
 Must be able to use Quickbooks.
 Contact customers regarding ordering, delivering, sending invoices and payment
 Familiar with company-related tax, license and insurances including submit Work Comp
Insurance audit and renewal of business license every year.
 Must have Bookkeeping experience more than 8 years and familiar with administrative job
duties.
 Require Bachelor degree in Accounting major or holding Japanese bookkeeping certificate
(Boki)
