【Position】
Shipping Coordinator (Part Time)

【Summary】
The Shipping Coordinator will coordinate the activities and operations of the warehouse.

【Essential Duties】

• Shipping / receiving the shipments and keep accurate records of packages/products received/shipped
• LTL Preparation, LTL schedule pick up and creating BOL
• Handle supplier’s mis-shipment, verify the contents and rectify mis-shipment issues
• Inventory handling.
• Maintain receiving/shipping records on ERP system and customer’s portal.
• Keep the warehouse in order and clean.
• Other tasks assigned or requested by the Manager and team members.

【Working Hours, Working style】

• Monday to Friday, 10:00am-4:00pm (1 hour unpaid lunch break)

【Working Location】

• Lexington, KY

【Salary, Benefit】

• $17.00 - $20.00 per hour

【Holidays】

• Saturdays, Sundays, Holidays

【Qualifications】

• Strong team player, pay attention to details for accuracy,
• At least 2 years of experience in an office or warehouse environment,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to lift up to 15-20 pounds at times.
• Ability to move around the warehouse.
• Ability to sit at a desk and work on a computer for prolonged periods.
