【Position】
A cookware maker is seeking a highly motivated individual to join their team as a Sales Operations Lead. 

【Summary】
This role will oversee the company's efforts in enhancing overall customer experience and lead all aspects related to order fulfillment and customer service. 
This company is in a startup environment, so the ideal candidate is someone who can handle a wide range of tasks and grow with the company. They can offer various opportunities for active involvement, such as marketing tasks and participation in new projects.

【Essential Duties】
- Order Management: working closely with the fulfillment team to ensure orders (direct online, dropship, and wholesale account orders) are fulfilled in a timely manner without compromising quality
- Customer Care: handling a wide range of customer inquiries, including products, shipping, billing, and returns + exchanges, to help enhance the overall customer experience 
- Development, implementation, and maintenance of policies and procedures related to all customer care-related issues
- Other administrative duties and assistance in special projects as needed

【Working Hours, Working style】
Mon-Fri 9:00am-6:00pm
Hybrid Working Schedule (1-2 days a week at office). Commute to the office every Friday is required.

【Qualifications】
- Bachelor's degree
​- Fluency in English (especially writing)
- Japanese language skill in conversation level
- A passion/growing appreciation for cooking and/or foodie at heart
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with customers, colleagues, and partners across multiple channels
- Meticulous detail-oriented and organized; reviews work/writing to ensure flawless customer communication and order/shipping accuracy the first round
- Startup mentality: comfortable working with a small team, wearing multiple hats as needed, and innovative
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel preferred
- 3+ years of experience in eCommerce or related field preferred
