Position
Temporary IT Help Desk

Summary
A Japanese logistics company is urgently looking for a temporary IT Desk. Candidates must possess 2-3 years of pertinent experience, with a preference for individuals who demonstrate attention to detail and quick adaptability. On-the-job training will be provided.

Duration of Assignment
3 months

Working Hours & Style
Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 6 PM
1-hour unpaid lunch, 10 minutes paid breaks in the morning/the afternoon

Carson, CA

Salary & Benefits
$50~$80/ hour (DOE)

Qualifications

• 2-3 Years of demonstrated experience in IT helpdesk roles and basic business environments.
• Basic IT and Business Knowledge: Proficiency in fundamental IT concepts and principles.
• ID Management: Ability to manage user identities and access privileges.
• App Settings: Familiarity with configuring application settings to optimize performance.
• Device Management: Experience in managing various devices such as PCs, smartphones, and multifunction devices.
• Fluency in English
