【Job Title】
 Pricing Specialist

【Summary】
The Pricing Specialist will maintain the pricing structure within the company’s ERP system by updating mass data. 

【Responsibilities】

• Builds and maintains the pricing structure in the company’s ERP system

• Communicates with Branch Managers daily and supports them with the maintenance of their pricing information

• Utilizes reports to fix any errors in the ERP system

• Ensures that the data integrity in the system by maintaining mass data in Excel using SQL

• Embrace standard processes and become proficient in utilizing all tools daily developed to improve pricing accuracy and analytics

• Ensure all ERP and pricing systems are updated daily with all the latest submissions/changes

• Adheres to all company policies and procedures

• Performs other duties as assigned

【Qualifications】

• High school diploma or equivalency plus one year of experience

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel including VBA/Macro, as well as SQL and Microsoft

• Excel is required. VBA, Macro, SQL, Power BI is desired.

• Effective communication skills – written, verbal, persuasion, motivation

• Ability to streamline processes to create efficiencies

• Ability to work with large volume of data

• Strong organizational and communications skills

• Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
