Marketing Director

概要

The Director of Marketing is responsible for all activities and output of marketing department.
Duties include managing of all media related platforms (HP, APP, SNS, etc.), media
relations, other advertising programs, market research and corporate branding development.
Will also oversee all design aspects of company’s brand image, promotions, advertisement
productions and store architecture elements (Signage design, color schemes).

仕事内容

• Develop annual department budget and monitor and control company-wide marketing
activities, expenses, result tracking and other related metrics.
• Develop and implement company marketing plans, including public media programs,
local store ads and other in-store promotion marketing.
• Develop and grow social media presence.
• Negotiate with media vendors to pursue optimal cost performance.
• Communicate and coordinate with other internal departments on brand initiatives,
promotions, and design.
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Supervise a marketing team, including hiring, training, workloads, schedules and
deadlines
Other Duties:
• Participates in business trips (1-3 days) about every 3months to site survey new
stores.
• Will also perform other assignments that may be assigned from time to time by the
COO and the board of directors.

応募資格

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
• Four (4) year degree in Marketing, Advertising, or similar field required
• Five (5) + years’ experience with managing marketing activities required

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and
WordPress
• High proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Teams)
• Able to understand and process analytical data

• Strong creative outlook
• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
• Self-starter with excellent knowledge of marketing fundamentals & principles
• Familiarity with online content marketing and social media development strategies
• Excellent verbal/written communication skills
• Good time management skills; able to prioritize activities
• Professional demeanor that enables the person to interact with the highest levels both inside
and outside the firm
• Basic business management skills
