【Position】
Financial Analyst Manager (Japanese bilingual)

【Summary】
An Asian food manufacturer is seeking a Financial Analyst Manager capable of hands-on financial analysis in a playing manager role. The ideal candidate will have experience in finance and accounting, with treasurer experience considered a plus but not mandatory. 【Essential Duties】
- Assist the General Manager of Corporate Planning/Treasurer in the direction and management of an organization’s financial analysis, financial reporting, KPI reporting, budget controls, treasury activities and assist CEO.
- Plans, prepares and controls of Budget.
- Prepares monthly management reports with analysis of actuals vs budget.
- Plans and prepares KPI reports for the proper management control.
- Making proposal to CEO about management measures that contribute to the improvement in company profitability.
- Treasury operation (Cash management, deposit, payment, credit facilities, intercompany loans, banking relationships and others).
- Assist CEO in terms of coordination with parent company in Japan (Obtaining approvals from parent company).
- Assist CEO in terms of possible M&A transactions.
- Other duties as assigned by your manager.

【Qualifications】
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of work experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, and/or Treasury work.
Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus.
Bilingual in English and Japanese is required.
Solid understanding of accounting concepts, financial reporting standards, and best practices.
Must be a team player.
Proven flexibility and proactiveness.
Ability to analyze data and prepare financial reports.
Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in software, including Excel and MS Office.
