Job Description

【Position】
Warehouse Associate 

【Summary】
✓Ensure internal policies and quality procedures are adhered to support organization's goals and values
✓ Inspection, shipping, and receiving of parts
✓ Receive all documents and enter the data into the on-line system on the PC Operate a data entry device to input and maintain lists and records Create and update databases
✓ Maintain a daily count of all claims processed

【Essential Duties】
✓ Follow work procedures, work schedules and expedites workflow 1 of 3
✓ Follow all inspection, receiving, shipping, splitting, kitting, inventory management and distribution operations by abiding to program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures as initiated by the Sales Development Team Manager
✔ Operate forklift to perform duties
✓ Ensure warehouse, machines, vehicles, and lifts used in the warehouse are regularly inspected and are in good condition.
✓ Ensure warehouse compliance with relevant business, and quality regulations
✓ Follow all warehouse safety policies and regulations
✓  Ensures quick, on time, and appropriate action for customers' urgent requirements Maintain the cleanliness of the warehouse per cleaning schedules provided

9:00-17:00

【Qualifications】
✓Good customer service and communication skill with both internal and external stakeholders. Good interpersonal skill
✓ Good negotiation skill
✓ Good computer skill (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point)
✓ Ability to prioritize heavy workload ✓ Ability to attend frequent business trips.
✓ Ability to adjust work hours.
