Job Description

1. Sending invoices for customers
2. Follow up for drop-ship orders
3. Checking status with suppliers, inform the status to the customers
4. Contacting shipping companies for the shipping rates
5. Asking Operation department to close the orders
6. Support Sales members (i.e. Checking price with suppliers, update item cards, generate quotations and orders)
7. Other duties as assigned
