? Form I-9
　Organize physical Form I-9s
　Scan Form I-9 and save scanned files in the shared folder (Box)
　Record I-9 data in a format (excel)
　Record missing visa/work permit data in AssignmentPro
? Vendor Payment
　Record vendor invoices in AssignmentPro
　Process vendor payment in Pega
　Submit Concur request for credit card payment (HR Corporate Card)
? Expense Review
　Access AssignmentPro and review expense reimbursement request
　Check receipts that employee submitted along with requested amount
　(Approval will be processed by Mobility Manager or Senior Manager)

Requirements

2 days a week, 10:00 - 16:00 (include 1h unpaid break)
