・Provide Request for Quotation (RFQ) to customers. Present, promote and negotiate/sell our products/services using proven sales tactics to existing and prospective customers・Participate in new program launches and quality activities including performing cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs・Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships・Develop customer leads through networking, conferences, trade shows and other sales lead methods to book appointments and close sales.・Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction・Develop sales forecasts for budgeting purposes. Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule・Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments including Our headquarters・Provide reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.・Prepare and participate in IATF16949/I50/customer audits and keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends・Continuously improve through feedback Performs other duties as assigned
Education: High school diploma required. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, logistics, or other related field preferred.Experience: 3-4 years of customer service, sales or other customer facing experience required; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Proven work experience as a sales representative/associate, Native level of Japanese language capability preferred.Functional Competencies: Proficient in MS Office, familiar with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships. Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent sales, communication and negotiation skills, ability to effectively problem solve and prioritize. Must demonstrate excellent relationship management, time management and organizational skills and be open to feedback.
