Manage the direct reports’ performance, workplace well-being, and career development. Develop succession planning.・Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local, organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies.・Maintain knowledge of the latest HRM practices, and regulatory and industry knowledge.

・A minimum of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.・Experience in managing as a head of the HR department is a must.・Demonstrated experience in a successful business partnering approach and change management.・Demonstrated experience in developing and deploying strategies and delivering targeted results.・Best practice knowledge of attracting, selecting, retaining, and managing excellent performers.・Best practice knowledge of organizational design and development.・Knowledge of relevant legal/regulatory requirements and best practices in all areas of HRM.・Demonstrated initiative and experience in continuously improving systems for efficiency and effectiveness.・SHRM-CP or -SCP certified professionals are highly preferred.・Experience in successfully managing a team (preferred)
