Studies and researches competitors and their products to identify their weaknesses so they can take advantage of them.? Communicates all-important competitive information obtained from customers or others to appropriate.? Expected to participate in marketing activities such as attending and helping out with exhibit trade shows and promotional events.Business Development? Prepares sales reports, activity reports and forecasts for management planning purposes and communicates their priorities and production capacities to appropriate personnel.? Identifies future customer product applications/requirements and actively communicates findings to appropriate personnel.? Sends quality assurance reports, quotes, and delivery confirmations to all assigned customers.? Issues sales orders and purchase orders.? Maintains customer record/file system on an on-going basis shared by other colleagues and prepares customer updates as needed.? Acts as a liaison between customers.
