Job Description

1. Process expense reports for various Shinsho locations.

2. Create checks from invoices and expense reports and mail them to customers and employees once a week.

3. Initiate wire transfers and ACH every day.

4. File documents such as invoices and expense reports.

5. Accounts Payable and Receivable tasks including checking AP aging; processing invoices and entering details in the ERP system; cutting checks; voiding and reissuing checks; and setting up new vendors for payment.

Requirements

1. An Associate Degree, preferably in accounting or related field required.

2. At least one year of accounts payable and/or accounts receivable experience preferred.

3. Proficient knowledge and use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel required.

4. At least one year of accounting system experience is preferred.
