HUMAN RESOURCES (CP) 75%1. Maintain all HR related Policies, including Employee Handbook, and procedure to ensure compliance with State and Federal regulatory guidelines to limit the company's liability.2. Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with all local, state and federal regulations3. Investigate employee issues and conflicts and bring them to resolution with assistance from III HR/Legal.4. Process payroll through ADP.5. Remit payroll related payments to outside parties.6. Perform the administrative portion of the HR function including tracking Paid Time Off (PTO) and maintaining a filing system.7. Responsible for administration of the IAAI's Employee Benefit Programs offered by III.8. Responsible for tracking and reporting for federally mandated human resources programs. (FMLA, EEOC, COBRA).9. Assist in the recruiting of new employees at IAAI.10. Responsible for orientation and Exit Interviews & processes at IAAI.11. Perform any other Human Resource assistance as requested.ACCOUNTING (CP) 20%1. Enter all payroll and benefit related transactions in the accounting system.2. Make month-end recurring entries.3. Perform monthly reconciliations of payroll and benefit related general ledger accounts.4, Perform any other accounting assistant duties as requested.ADDITIONAL DUTIES (CP) 5%1. Arrange social events for location 2. Maintain office functions, including mailing, office supplies, kitchen, general appearance of office.3. Act as back up for any Accounting & Finance division employees4. Other duties assigned by management.
1. Two (2) to Three (3) years of HR/Payroll knowledge and experience necessary. 2. One (1) to two (2) years of bookkeeping and finance knowledge and/or experience preferred.3. Computer literate in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) with excellent typing skills.4. Able to work independently and replied upon to use discretion and professionalism in all dealing with internal and external customers.5. Must be able to read, write, comprehend, and communicate written or verbal instructions, policies, and procedures.6.
